Steve's song

We are so thankful for dad being home. We love you Mr Mom!

Almost 3 months....

Miss Lola is 12 weeks this coming Thursday, Feb 19th. Hard to believe. She is doing better in public places mom took her to the bank yesterday and she sat quietly. She had her first babysitters last night-our sweet neighbors the Nault family. According to them she did pretty well. Here are some recent pics of her and dad hangin out.

Week 4 Amazing Rollover Baby

Steve swore she rolled prone to supine on Jan 3 one month after her birthday. I was doubtful until he provided video proof. I think her recent weight gain is slowing her progress on the rolling front.

Daddy bonding time

Lola watching football with dad. As long as she's drinking milk for the duration football watching is permissible.....

Lola's first Holiday

We received the best gift of all this holiday season... a little bambino! ! Her Christmas dress was a little big on her but she wore it with style.

First Bath

She screamed oh how she screamed....

Since then she has gotten into the idea of baths it just took her a while to adjust.

Jaundice Days

Little Lola had a yellow tinge to her a few days after coming home. She had blood drawn several times. Luckily, her bilirubin count lowered so we did not have to put her under the lights. Dad spent a lot of time hangin out with her in the sun room.

Lola enters the world

Lola Marie Barone entered earth at precisely 2:51 pm at 7 pounds 4 oz, 19 inches in length. Within an hour of birth she practically pulled the stethoscope off of the nurses neck....she is a strong one! This is our first glimpse of hope that she will someday use that hand strength towards a future in rock climbing.
